Raced the first Stroke and Stride on Wednesday night, 500m/5k. Had a good swim and happy with my solid run to finish 3rd. Not so happy that I hurt my calf somehow and now I can't run for a week or so. But thats ok! Looking on the bright side I get to swim and bike more.... Quite good timing to get my first real injury (sort of) So physio and massage for me. Oh and also discovered yoga? Was a skeptic, now a convert!
