Well I made it to Germany after a bit of an epic journey from Boulder. Settled into our base in Sigmaringin and then flew up to Hamburg for my next race. It is one of the biggest triathlon races in the world, with heaps of people competing and watching. We race on Sunday at 3.16pm so that's about 1.16am NZ time on Monday morning.

Hamburg is a busy, noisy city. It has the most bridges of any city in the world and no sky scrapers. Lots of yum food like giant pretzel bread!

I am looking forward to the race and am hoping to build on my last two races, with a good swim and bike and hopefully another solid run.
