Two very exciting things have happened! Firstly I am back running and feeling good! And secondly, I won the bake off against Sam Warriner!
My first run back was10 minutes and every second day I get to increase that by 5mins at a time and so far have felt really
good. I will slowly increase my time until I can run for 30 minutes and
then I will stay at that level for another week or so. It feels great to be
back into the routine of training and starting to think about races and
So tomorrow I get to start running! Well I have to get the all clear first in the morning, but I am sure that is not going to be a problem as my legs feel great! Hard to think I had surgery just 6 weeks ago...... lucky I have the scars as a constant reminder!

have been enjoying walking, swimming, cycling and aqua jogging.
Next week I am going back to see my surgeon and hopefully I will get
the all clear to start running and building back up to race fittness. Then I can sit down with Coach Pete
and plan out an overseas racing and training adventure!
