Lausanne

My overseas adventure continued with a drive to Lausanne, Switzerland on Thursday. It took around 4hrs in a van chocka with bikes, luggage and people. We made it just in time for breifing at 5pm which was held in the Olympic Museum! I felt pretty lucky to be there!
I like Lausanne it feels very much like Wellington waterfront and has helped suppress the feeling of unease I have had by being in landlocked Europe!

Tizzy World Cup

Well we arrived at the race hotel in Tizzy at 1am Friday morning. I think I am starting to get the hang of this travel thing... apart from the staying well, I always seem to get a little sick after travelling. But lucky it didnt get any worse than a sore throat and runny nose! The town really loves this race. Tiszaujvaros World Cup Race
