Back from the Tour tired, but happy with how I rode. 
Kept up the front, out of trouble, felt strong up the hills and even managed to get a few sprint points.
Ended up 1st U23 and 4th overall on GC, I was also leading the QOM heading into the last stage but didnt manage to hold onto it, ended up 2nd - which I am very happy with.
Sadly a few of the other triathletes got caught up in a crash on the last stage, resulting in a broken arm and a broken collar bone :( 
3 days with 5 stages, kinda sick ...
